If you are on the go, then undoubtedly you know the joy of the Zoho CRM mobile application! The mobile app is designed to auto-sync with the main application whenever the device hosting the mobile app is connected to the internet. Sometimes if new fields or sections are added to a form you'll need to perform a "reset" of the mobile device to access these new fields.
On the main mobile menu click the "i" at the bottom right. Click the "Reset application" link in red. Be sure all your mobile inputs have been sync'd to your main account before doing this!
